Clause 33
Section 89 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “immediately” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “within 4 weeks”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “Disciplinary Committee” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (3) and (4) and in the section heading and substituting in each case the words “Disciplinary Tribunal”.
