Amendment of section 89
Section 89 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “an advocate and solicitor” in subsections (2), (3) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “a regulated legal practitioner”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “the advocate and solicitor” wherever they appear in subsections (3) and (4) and substituting in each case the words “the regulated legal practitioner”.
