Clause 29
Section 101 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) An order to comply with one or more remedial measures (whether or not in addition to an order to pay a penalty, a reprimand or a warning) need not be entered on the roll.”.
