Amendment of section 36G

In the principal Act, in section 36G —

(a)

in subsections (1) and (2), replace “regulated legal practitioner” with “specified individual”; and

(b)

after subsection (6), insert —“(7) In this section, “specified individual” means any of the following:

(a)

an advocate and solicitor who has in force a practising certificate;

(b)

a lawyer (NP) who has in force a provisional practising certificate;

(c)

a regulated foreign lawyer.”.
