Clause 29
(1)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons from any provision in this Act, subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
(2)
This section does not apply to matters referred to in sections 4(2)(d) and 12(3)(c).
