Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Local Government Integration (Amendment) Act, 1967, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Local Government Integration (Amendment) Act, 1967, and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
Amendment of section 77
Section 77 of the Local Government Integration Ordinance, 1963, is hereby amended by inserting immediately after the words “Government depôt” appearing in the ninth line of subsection (10) thereof the words “or such other place as may be approved by the Director”.
Amendment of section 78
Section 78 of the Local Government Integration Ordinance, 1963, is hereby amended —
by inserting immediately after the words “Government depôt” appearing in the seventh line of subsection (10) thereof the words “or such other place as may be approved by the Director”; and
by inserting immediately after subsection (14) thereof the following new subsection: —“(15) For the purposes of sections 77 and 78 of this Ordinance, “public officer” includes any officer of any statutory board or body.”.
