Clause 10
Section 102 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting immediately after subsection (7) thereof the following new subsection: —“(8) The authority may charge interest at a rate not exceeding six per cent per annum on any sum remaining unpaid at the expiry of the prescribed time.”.
