Citation and commencement
This Notification is the Maintenance of Parents (Public Authorities) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 1 July 2024.
Public authorities
For the purposes of the definition of “public authority” in section 14A(7) of the Act, the following are specified as public authorities:
Central Provident Fund Board;
Family Justice Courts;
Housing and Development Board;
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority;
Ministry of Social and Family Development;
Singapore Police Force;
State Courts;
Supreme Court.
