Regulation 2

Public authorities

For the purposes of the definition of “public authority” in section 14A(7) of the Act, the following are specified as public authorities:

(a)

Central Provident Fund Board;

(b)

Family Justice Courts;

(c)

Housing and Development Board;

(d)

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority;

(e)

Ministry of Social and Family Development;

(f)

Singapore Police Force;

(g)

State Courts;

(h)

Supreme Court.
