of Maintenance of Religious Harmony (Restraining Orders) Regulations 2022

Referral number
Upon the Council receiving a copy of a restraining order and the grounds, facts and documents supporting the restraining order in accordance with section 11(1) of the Act, the Secretary must —
(a)
affix to the restraining order an official stamp showing the date on which the restraining order was received; and
(b)
assign a number to the restraining order and enter it in a list.
