Regulation 15
Representation number, etc.
On receiving a notice of representation against a restraining order, the Secretary must —
(a)
affix to the notice of representation an official stamp showing the date on which the notice of representation was received;
(b)
enter the notice of representation in a list and assign a number to it, which must have either as a prefix or suffix the number of the restraining order assigned under regulation 11(b);
(c)
inform the representor of the number assigned under paragraph (b); and
(d)
subject to regulations 16, 17 and 18, without delay send a copy of the notice of representation to the Minister.
