Clause 13 — Manufacture of Optical Discs Bill

(1)

A licensee shall keep and maintain complete and accurate records in such form and manner, and containing such information, as may be prescribed.

(2)

The records referred to in subsection (1) shall be —

(a)

kept up-to-date and in good order and condition; and

(b)

available at all times for the examination of any authorised officer or police officer.

(3)

A licensee shall submit such records, or furnish such other documents or information, as may be required by the Registrar within the time specified by the Registrar.

(4)

Any licensee who contravenes subsection (1), (2) or (3) shall be guilty of an offence.
