Amendment of section 115
Section 115 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “or any employee” in subsection (1), the words “or officer”;
(b)
by deleting the words “as may be required by such police officer or employee of the Authority” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “so required”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “by any police officer or any employee of the Authority under this section” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “under subsection (1)”.
