Clause 90

Exclusion of liability of Authority

Notwithstanding the grant of any public licence, the Authority shall not be liable in any circumstances for any injury, loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence, breach or other wrongful act or omission of any public licensee or any agent or employee of the licensee.
