Regulation 69

Appointment of Inspectors of Dangerous Goods

The Authority may appoint Inspectors of Dangerous Goods who may board any vessel having dangerous goods on board, or being prepared to carry dangerous goods, for the purpose of —

(a)

examining the vessel, or the vessel’s cargo; or

(b)

taking samples of the dangerous goods.
