Regulation 40

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 4, 10(1), 11, 12(1), 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33(4), 34, 35, 36(2) or 37 or any of the conditions and restrictions subject to or upon which any licence is granted under these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part thereof during which the offence continues after conviction.
