Subregulation 1

The fees for —

(a)

a licence;

(b)

a renewal of a licence;

(c)

a replacement of a licence; and

(d)

a late submission of application to renew a licence,are specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1) or the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Fees for Replacement or Certified Copy of Licence) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 1005/2022).

The fees for —

(a)

a search or inspection of the particulars entered in the register;

(b)

a certified copy of the particulars entered in the register or of any other document;

(c)

registering a change of ownership;

(d)

inspection of a pleasure craft; (da)cancellation of licence number to be replaced by allotted licence number;

(db)transfer of licence number; and

(e)

other services offered by the Authority,are specified in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification (N 2).

Subregulation 3

Unless previously cancelled, a licence is valid for a period of 12 months or such shorter period of time as the Port Master may determine.

Notwithstanding paragraph (3), unless earlier cancelled, a licence of a sailing dinghy is valid for a period of 3 years or such shorter period of time as the Port Master may determine.

Where a licence is valid for a lesser duration than that specified in paragraph (3) or (4), the fee payable therefor shall be proportionate to the fee payable under paragraph (1).
