Regulation 43
Fraudulent use of driving licence
Any person who —
forges or fraudulently alters, or assists or procures the forging or fraudulent alteration of, a driving licence;
makes, assists in making of or procures to be made, any false representation for the purpose of procuring, either for himself or for any other person, a driving licence;
fraudulently uses a driving licence which has been forged, altered, cancelled or suspended, or to which he is not entitled;
fraudulently lends his driving licence or allows such licence to be used by any other person; or
sells, purchases, gives away or accepts any driving licence or makes use of any such licence to which he is not entitled,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months.
