Regulation 49

Navigating pleasure craft recklessly or negligently

Any person who navigates a pleasure craft within the port —

(a)

recklessly or negligently; or

(b)

at such a speed, or otherwise in any way, that is —

(i)

dangerous, or likely to cause injury to a member of the public or damage to his property; or

(ii)

likely to cause annoyance, or be a nuisance to, a member of the public,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
