Regulation 36

Appeals to be heard by Registration Committee

Subregulation 1

The Registration Committee shall as soon as practicable hear the appeal and may confirm, vary or cancel the decision of the Director.

Subregulation 2

The Registration Committee may before making a decision convene a hearing and may require the attendance of —

(a)

the parties and their witnesses who were present at the inquiry conducted by the Director; or

(b)

any other person as the Registration Committee thinks fit.

Subregulation 3

The decision of the Registration Committee must be unanimous.

Subregulation 4

Where the decision of the Registration Committee is not unanimous, the matter is to be referred to the Authority whose decision is final.
