Clause 26

Power to enter State land to lay railway

For the purpose of constructing and maintaining the railway, the Corporation or any person authorised by the Corporation may, at any reasonable time, enter upon any State land within or adjoining the railway area and may, subject to the approval of the Collector of Land Revenue, lay and construct the railway in, under or over the State land and do all things as are reasonably necessary for the laying, construction and maintenance of the railway.
