In the principal Regulations, in the Fourth Schedule —
(a)
in the Schedule reference, replace “Regulation 13(2)(a)” with “Regulations 13(2)(a) and (7)(a)(i)(A)”; and
(b)
in Part 5, after “1 October 2025”, insert “, but before 1 June 2026”.
