Clause 13

The Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322) may make Rules of Court regulating the practice and procedure of the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the State Courts in respect of any matter under this Act.

All Rules of Court made under this section are to be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
