Amendment of section 19

Clause 6
Section 19 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 20” in subsection (1)(a)(i) and substituting the words “section 20(1) and (2)”;
(b)
by deleting the words “under section 21” in subsection (1)(a)(ii); and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsections:“(5) The Registrar may disclose any information in the registers to any person prescribed by regulations made under this Act, if such disclosure is in accordance with such conditions as may be specified in those regulations.
(6)
Subsection (5) is without prejudice to any other right or duty to disclose the information under general or written law.”.
