Clause 15

Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following subsection:“(3) In subsection (2), “certifying authority” means —

(a)

the Dean of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine of the National University of Singapore;

(b)

the Dean of the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore; or

(c)

such other person as may be prescribed.”.
