Clause 29

Amendment of section 61

Section 61 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, the Complaints Committees, the Disciplinary Committees, the Health Committee and the Interim Orders Committees” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “or any Complaints Committee, Disciplinary Tribunal, Health Committee or Interim Orders Committee”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “10 years standing” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “10 years’ standing”.
