Clause 33

The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 68, the following section:“Power to amend, vary, rescind, revoke or suspend condition or restriction68A. For the avoidance of doubt, the power of the Medical Council to impose a condition or restriction under Parts IV, V and VA includes, unless the contrary intention appears, the power to amend, vary, rescind, revoke or suspend such condition or restriction.”.
