Regulation 1
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Registration (Certifying Authority) Regulations 2014 and shall, with the exception of regulation 3(2) and (3), come into operation on 1 December 2014.(2) Regulation 3(2) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5 December 2011.(3) Regulation 3(3) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4 September 2014.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Registration (Certifying Authority) Regulations 2014 and shall, with the exception of regulation 3(2) and (3), come into operation on 1 December 2014.
Subregulation 2
Regulation 3(2) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5 December 2011.
Subregulation 3
Regulation 3(3) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4 September 2014.
