of Medical Registration (Term of Office) Order 2004

Regulation 2

Term of office of member

A person elected on 4th November 2004 as a member of the Medical Council to take the place of a member of the Medical Council —

(a)

who was appointed or elected before 24th January 2003; and

(b)

whose term of office has expired,shall hold office for a term of 24 months and 15 days, from 6th November 2004 to 20th November 2006 (both dates inclusive).
