Requirement for clinical trial certificates

Regulation 7
A person must not commence or conduct a clinical trial unless —
(a)
a clinical trial certificate has or clinical trial certificates have been issued for the trial in accordance with regulation 8; and
(b)
the conduct of the trial has been approved by an institutional review board.
