Regulation 3A

Scope of Regulations

These Regulations do not apply to —

(a)

Chinese proprietary medicines; and

(b)

any medicinal product (other than any Chinese proprietary medicine) that is clinical research material as defined in regulation 2 of the Medicines (Medicinal Products as Clinical Research Materials) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 336/2016).
