Regulation 6
Offences
A holder of a licence who contravenes or fails to comply with any standard provision applicable to his licence shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
