Amendment of section 15
Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (8), the following subsection:“(9) A donor who revokes a lasting power of attorney must notify all the following persons that the donor has done so:
(a)
the Public Guardian; (b)the donee or (if there is more than one donee) every donee.”.
