Amendment of section 453

Subsection (3) of section 453 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) thereof; and

(b)

by renumbering paragraphs (c), (d) and (e) thereof as paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) respectively.
