Clause 42

Section 475 of the principal Ordinance is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: —“Persons appointed or authorised under this Ordinance to be deemed public servants

475. Every person appointed or authorised under this Ordinance for any of the purposes of this Ordinance, when acting in pursuance of any such purpose, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code (Cap. 119).”.
