Clause 23
Section 274 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “nearest Port Officer” appearing in the third and fourth lines of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Director”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “nearest Port Officer” appearing in the fourth line of subsection (4) thereof and substituting therefor the word “Director”.
