Clause 37

Subsection (1) of section 427 of the principal Ordinance is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: —“(1) No ship, other than a ship referred to in subsection (2) of this section, shall leave any port or place in Singapore without the master obtaining a port clearance from the Director.”.
