Clause 45

The sections of the principal Ordinance set out in the Second Schedule to this Ordinance are hereby amended by deleting the words “Port Officer”, “A Port Officer”, “a Port Officer”, “Each Port Officer”, “any Port Officer”, “such Port Officer” or “any such Port Officer”, as the case may be, wherever they appear therein or in the marginal notes thereto and substituting therefor the word or words “Director”, “The Director” or “the Director”, as the context requires.
