Fees

Subregulation 1

The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Director in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column of the Schedule.

Subregulation 2

Where GST is chargeable in respect of any matter specified in the first column of the Schedule, GST is calculated based on the rate in force at the time the matter is supplied.
