Regulation 12

If a seaman on whom a fine has been imposed for a disciplinary offence wishes to appeal against the decision to the Director, he shall give notice of intended appeal to the master within 2 days of the decision, provided that if the decision is given within 2 days of the ship’s expected time of arrival in Singapore, the notice shall be given before the ship’s arrival.
