Fines imposed for disciplinary offences
Subregulation 1
The fine that may be imposed on a seaman for a disciplinary offence under regulation 3 shall be an amount not exceeding $50 or, in the case of a second or subsequent commission of the offence before the seaman is discharged from the ship, an amount not exceeding $100.
Subregulation 2
The fine that may be imposed on a seaman for a disciplinary offence under regulation 4 shall be an amount not exceeding $100.
