Clause 13

Section 174 of the Merchant Shipping Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) Any apportionment of the amount of salvage by the receiver under this section must be made in accordance with Article 15 of the Salvage Convention.”.
