Register of Singapore pleasure craft
Subregulation 1
The Registrar must maintain a register (called in these Regulations the register of Singapore pleasure craft) containing the following particulars of every pleasure craft that is registered, or registered anew, under these Regulations:
the name of the pleasure craft;
the name, address and other particulars of the owner of the pleasure craft.
Subregulation 2
Where the registry of a pleasure craft is closed or deemed to be closed under these Regulations, the Registrar must make an entry of the closure in the register of Singapore pleasure craft.
Subregulation 3
The Registrar may, at any time, make any other entries to the register of Singapore pleasure craft as the Registrar considers necessary.
Subregulation 4
The register of Singapore pleasure craft may consist (wholly or in part) of paper or computerised records or any other form of records as the Registrar considers expedient.
