Exemption from certain provisions of Act
Subregulation 1
Sections 9(2), 10 to 16, 18, 19, 20(1)(a) and (2), 25 to 32, 34, 35 and 42(1)(a) of the Act do not apply in respect of a Singapore pleasure craft.
Subregulation 2
Sections 99(2) and (3), 101, 104 to 114 and 116(3) of the Act do not apply in respect of a Singapore pleasure craft.
