Regulation 3-7
( a ) A set of as-built construction drawings * and other plans showing any subsequent structural alterations shall be kept on board a ship constructed on or after 1st January 2007. * Refer to MSC/Circ.1135 on As-built contruction drawings to be maintained on board the ship and ashore. ( b ) An additional set of such drawings shall be kept ashore by the Company, as defined in Regulation 1 of Chapter IX. [S 691/2006 wef 01/01/2007]
