Determination of gross and net tonnages to be in accordance with this Part
Subregulation 1
The gross tonnage and the net tonnage shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
Subregulation 2
The gross tonnage and the net tonnage of novel types of craft whose constructional features are such as to render the application of the provisions of these Regulations unreasonable or impracticable shall be as determined by the Director.
