Jurisdiction of Singapore courts and registration of foreign judgments
Section 3(1)(i) of the High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) Act (Cap. 123) is to be construed as extending to any claim in respect of a liability incurred by the registered owner of a ship under this Part.
