Determination of hazard
In determining —
(a)
whether a wreck constitutes a hazard under section 7(1) or 8(1); or
(b)
the nature of the hazard under section 7(2)(a) or 8(1)(c),the Director must take into account the matters set out in Article 6 of the Convention.
