Clause 14

Repeal and re-enactment of Fourth Schedule

The Fourth Schedule to the principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule substituted therefor:“FOURTH SCHEDULESections 2 and 33ASpecified Drugs

1. Amphetamine

2. N,α-dimethyl-3,4-

(methylenedioxy)phenethylamine

3. Diamorphine

4. N-ethyl-α-methyl-3,4-

(methylenedioxy)phenethylamine

5. Ketamine

6. Methamphetamine (also known as Methylamphetamine)7. α-Methyl-3,4-

(methylenedioxy)phenethylamine (also known as Tenamfetamine)

8. Monoacetylmorphine

9. Morphine

10. Nimetazepam

11. Norketamine and its dehydro derivatives

12. Opium.”.
