Clause 36

by inserting, immediately after the definition of “provost officer” in section 2, the following definition:“ “psychoactive substance” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973;”; and

by deleting the words “or a drug” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “, a drug or a psychoactive substance”:Section 27(3)Section 50(2)Section 51(e).
